This 5-day retreat is action packed with a balance of activity, relaxation and luxury. The retreat is carefully planned so you experience and see the very best of West Dorset from both land and sea.

We also specialise in specific fitness retreats such as Swim Retreats and Running Retreats to build skills and fitness in these specific activities.  The next Swim Retreat is 13-17th September 2021 and keep your eyes peeled for our Run retreat coming in May 2022.
