FITNESS RETREAT

10-13th JULY and 18-21st SEPTEMBER 2023

A 3 night multi-activity fitness retreat with a focus on connecting mind and body in a really fun way. The retreat is for all fitness abilities from the couch potato to athletes. Includes learning proper boxing techniques, paddle boarding, daily bootcamps, strength training, option of bouldering and wild swimming. The physical aspect is intertwined with presentations on important wellbeing topics such as nutrition and strength training. We know that physical exercise and knowledge to improve health is fundamental to improving mental health and we bring this together with calming breath work and yoga.

SWIM RETREAT

18-21st SEPTEMBER 2023

A 3 night retreat with 4 days of swimming with an Open Water coach. Swim sessions take place using a variety of West Dorset Beaches combined with indoor swim sessions focusing on technique with video analysis. Also includes an optional supported longer swim of 3-5km. Yoga, bootcamps and other fitness sessions are included within the program.

SPRING RESET: WELLNESS AND FITNESS ON ISLE OF WIGHT

21st-24th APRIL 2023

A 3-night weekend retreat to restore and inspire you. You will be empowered with the tools to make positive life changes to improve physical and mental health. Set in a beautiful Coach House with stylish accommodation only metres away from the sea. The program is full with with activities such as fitness sessions focussing on strength training, breath-works, yoga, individual and group coaching and we embrace the natural environment with coastal hikes and optional sea dips.

FIGHTING FIT RETREAT DAYS

A day of learning Ricky Hatton boxing techniques of jab, cross, hook and upper cuts building up to 3-minute rounds. A fantastic way to learn a new skill whilst getting rid of frustrations. The afternoon winds down with a more gentle yoga session. The day is inclusive of a nutritious lunch and drinks and snacks throughout the day.
