Reiki Healing

During this treatment the client lay on a treatment table and the practitioner will perform a series of ‘hands-on’, hand positions starting at the head, down the torso, and then the legs. in some cases, the client will turn over and the session will continue with some hand positions down the back and again finishing on the legs. Sometimes the hand positions are not hands-on, and they are simply held above the client where needed. Each position is held for a few minutes before moving on to the next. During the treatment,  energy (also called “CHI”) is channelled through the practitioner and down into the recipient, giving a state of peace and balance. The treatment is non-intrusive very calming.
