Food & Drink
Throughout the retreat, homemade organic, vegetarian or vegan meals are lovingly prepared and served by our in-house chef. All of our food is sourced locally and grown within 5 miles of the venue, including a daily supply of milk and yoghurt from Monkton Wyld.
Fine Dining Experience
Throughout the retreat you will be pushed physically and mentally, and at times we expect this to be demanding. We also feel that hard work should be rewarded and for this reason we provide a ‘cheat night’ where our head chef will provide a 5-course fine dining experience. On this evening only there will also be a choice of meat and fish.
Selection of fruit, home made granola, porridge oats and toast and an egg bar for omelettes.
Light soup with quinoa roasted hazel nuts and wilted greens warm salad topped with haloumi (or vegan alternative) and avocado.
Fennel bulb with cauliflower and leeks and butter beans with tarragon medley served with roasted vegetables and or salad.
