Meet The Team
She was first introduced to Pilates at the age of 12 by her own Physiotherapist who suggested Pilates to help with her hypermobility and back pain following intense sport.
In her early twenties, Charlotte practiced as a Sports Masseuse working alongside Physiotherapists, Osteopaths and Chiropractors. She worked closely with sports people and general clients to recover from injury and improve overall body health. She decided from a young age that her aim was to help eliminate people’s physical pain after overcoming many injuries of her own throughout her sporting life.
Charlotte decided to train as a Pilates teacher to fulfil her dream of helping people through movement and share with them just how transformational the disciple is.
She became invested in taking her clients into a studio and working on joint strength and stability rather than treatment on the massage table.
Having a past career in massage allows Charlotte to have the confidence to be a very hands on teacher. Having the highest quality of training behind her, she prides herself in being an extremely precise and dedicated teacher.
Over the years Pilates has given her an enhanced understanding of working within client’s range of movement to safely maximise their potential. She believes that Pilates is a fantastic disciple that can work for everybody, regardless of age or ability. She is truly passionate about teaching and enjoys sharing the benefit of Pilates and wellness with her clients.

Dee’s qualifications and specialities are Yin, Restorative, Hatha & Hatha Flow, Aerial Yoga / Aerial Pilates and guided meditation/relaxation.
Her practice is beautifully breath focused, pulling the awareness into the body and empowering the mind to use its capabilities for the good of the whole being. She loves to use meditations that are complex in their simplicity and deliver them with love and grace.
She really values healthy alignment of the body, the mind as well as a heartfelt and kind inner attitude. Guided by an open heart and a curious mind, we playfully explore the boarders between softness and intensity – this is my yoga. I love to explore the body’s natural way of moving as we try and find a lightness in the practice.
Dee is fascinated with Ayurveda and how this eastern approach to medicine is so intricately entwined with yoga. Dee has a diploma qualification in the principles of Ayurveda and can use this within her practice to further enhance your experiences on and off the mat. She can work with ascertaining your unique body type and make suggestions relating to the optimum diet & postures to live in complete balance.
Also, a qualified life coach, law of attraction specialist and journaling/gratitude advocate she loves nothing more than bringing elements of all of this into her classes and specifically on retreats to work on everyone as a whole. A holistic approach and powerful practical tools to align the body, mind and spirit; to feel connected and energised and to be able to live a happy and healthy and fulfilling life.
She loves to hold nurturing and compassionate spaces where students can come home to themselves and realise the wisdom, strength and beauty that lives within them all.
