Join Dorset Fitness Retreat for a day of boxing, fitness, yoga and an optional sea dip.
The day starts at 10:00 with a fitness session with trained Ricky Hatton boxing instructors where you will be taught the basic boxing moves of jab, cross, hook and upper cuts.
You then get a break to enjoy a coffee and a protein snack.
The second session of the day is a restorative yoga session.
A delicious vegan lunch is provided
The afternoon then commences with our 2nd boxing session of the day where we bring together the boxing skills taught in the first session into combination rounds combining body weigh exercises which focuses the mind and body.
As we come towards the end of the day we have the option of enjoying a dip in the sea.
The day runs from 10am to 3pm.
Venue will be Lyme Regis with venue to be confirmed.
