Join Dorset Fitness Retreat for a day of boxing, mindful movement, more boxing, a walk up to Golden Cap, the highest point on the SouthWest coast path and finishing the day with a beach sauna and optional sea swim/dip.
The day starts at 10:00 with a fitness session with trained Ricky Hatton boxing instructors where you will be taught the basic boxing moves of jab, cross, hook and upper cuts.
You then get a break to enjoy a coffee and a protein snack.
The second session of the day is a mindful movement session to settle the mind and be in the present moment.
A delicious vegan lunch is provided by Tierra Kitchen.
The afternoon then commences with our 2nd boxing session of the day where we bring together the boxing skills taught in the first session into combination rounds combining body weigh exercises which focuses the mind and body.
As we come towards the end of the day we enjoy a walk up to Golden Cap before enjoying a beach sauna and optional swim/dip.
The day runs from 10am to 3pm.
