An opportunity to move forward from the stresses of 2020 into the new year with self-drive and passion. A retreat day designed to rejuvenate and energise. A time for self-reflection and self-care. Learning skills to manage stress, look after your body and mind to be the best version of you in 2021. The retreat is set in a beautiful private historical listed building in the heart of West Dorset with the iconic Colmers Hill on the doorstep. The retreat day is delivered by ex-military husband and wife team who combine fitness with mental health well-being to give a perfect balance to a day of well-being. The day will include the following:
- A welcome drink of kombucha.
- Presentation on motivation and mindset.
- A restorative yoga session.
- A 40-minute relaxation treatment with a choice of reflexology or massage.
- A vegan nutritious lunch.
- A mindfulness session.
- A fitness session focusing on form and technique for compound movements moving into an optional outdoor bootcamp to complete the day.
- The retreat day is limited to less than 8 people.
