The aim of the Retreat is to empower you with fitness and wellbeing tools such as breath-works, the skill and technique of strength training, coaching to gain a growth mindset and nutrition advise to allow you to be energised and leaner. You will come away from the weekend motivated and informed to make positive life changes. Hosted by Lucy, a mental health/general nurse with a passion for fitness and is competing with the GB team for triathlons and Deborah, a qualified yogabreath, executive coach and HR professional.
