FIGHTING FIT RETREAT DAY

Join Dorset Fitness Retreat for a day of boxing, fitness and yoga (Will be held in Lyme Regis, venue TBC)
- The day starts at 10:00 with a boxing session with Ricky Hatton instructors who will teach you how to jab, cross, uppercut and hook alongside with pad holding techniques
- There will then be a long restorative yoga session to connect mind and body
- A nutrient packed vegan lunch is provided
- We then move into the 2nd boxing session of the day where we build the boxing techniques taught earlier in the day into combinations to focus the mind and body.
- We complete the day with an optional sea dip
